House Network are pleased to offer this one bedroom first floor flat situated in a period purpose built block and benefits from its own entrance at the rear of the building accessed via a shared terrace. The flat is presented in good condition with some stripped wood floors.

Hayles Buildings was built around 1900 and substantially modernised in 1980, there is a telephone entry system and a lift to all floors. Hayles Buildings is located between Lambeth North and Elephant and Castle stations for Northern and Bakerloo lines. Numerous bus services run from stops 2 minutes walk away. Waterloo mainline station is 20 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. Situated within the congestion charge zone, this Zone 1 property offers excellent transport links and benefits from the ยฃ1.5bn Elephant and Castle regeneration scheme.

The flat is on the first floor. The property is in good order, the hallway, bathroom and kitchen were re-decorated recently, and offers gas central heating and hot water, with an electric immersion heater as a backup. The floor of the hall and kitchen have been professionally stripped and sealed. Natural fibre carpets are fitted in the living room and bedroom. Marmoleum floor tiles are used in the bathroom.
