This one bedroom flat is located in an 1890's period brick mansion block called Hayles Building. The block is very well maintained with private parking and communal garden areas to the rear, and faces Elliotts row, a quiet residential street, along which a "cycle super highway" runs. Elliotts row is set back from the main Elephant and Castle junction, so is quiet, while still offering easy access to the tube and bus links, the tube station is less than two minutes walk from the flat.

Within a couple of minutes walk, there are many shops including a Tesco, and other high street retailers. A good selection of local pubs and restaurants are located nearby, and waterloo and the cut takes 10 minutes to walk to, as well as borough market being within easy reach, again about 10 minutes walk.

The flat has stripped wooden flooring throughout. The one bedroom is of a substantial size, and has ample storage space including some built in storage. The living room is light and has room for sofas, armchairs as well as a dining table, and also benefits from new built in storage cupboards. The kitchen is brand new, includes all new Bosch appliances, wooden work tops and glass splash backs.
