" This character, Grade II listed property is believed to date back to around 1800, and was formerly the custom house for the port of Fishguard. The accommodation is set over four floors and includes three double bedrooms, all of which have sea views, a dining room, sitting room, kitchen diner, and a modern bathroom. Externally there are two terraces, and an attractive garden opposite the property. A viewing is essential in order to appreciate the views and accommodation on offer in this charming property.

LOCATION This character property is located close to all the amenities of the town centre, including the new 'state of the art' junior school, the secondary school and leisure centre, cinema/theatre, shops, supermarkets, galleries etc.
Fishguard Harbour, the site of the planned new Marina development, is a short distance from the property. The train station has recently re-opened and now offers excellent communication links.
