Being located north east of Barnsley with the town centre being approximately 5 miles away and the south of Wakefield being approximately 8 miles therefore an ideal area to enjoy both Barnsley's and Wakefield's amenities and attractions. Royston itself enjoys a wide range of good local amenities including a leisure centre and swimming pool, local shops, health clinic, pubs, take aways and an Asda supermarket. Royston also sits on the Trans Pennine trail.

Our View

This fabulous family house offers spacious accommodation. The property has been extended and modernised to a high standard. Upstairs there are four good sized bedrooms, the master having built in wardrobes and an en suite and a family bathroom with a classic style suite with a roll top bath.
