" Located in one of Rotherham&180;s most popular residential areas this large property will make a brilliant family home. Situated right next to a primary school judged to be outstanding by Ofsted, local shops a walk away and junction 33 of the M1 only a 2 minutes&180; drive, this property has a lot to offer.

Upon entry through the front double French doors you are greeted with a good sized porch with full laminate flooring. Through into the house is a carpeted hallway and stairs rising to the first floor, from which there is access to the living room and kitchen.

Briefly the rear facing kitchen has white units and modern look work surfaces and is offered with integrated fridge, dishwasher and oven/hob.
