" Originally constructed in the 1930s for a Wimbledon lady tennis player, a handsome, character filled house of quality, displaying many features of the period such as oak beams, period fireplaces and diamond leaded light windows. As well as formal reception rooms there is a Family Room and Conservatory together with five bedrooms - one presently used as a Dressing Room - and four bathrooms all of which have been refurbished in the last five years (two very recently).

Situation
Lying between the market town of Westerham and Limpsfield Chart, the house sits amidst glorious National Trust land yet only a short drive to the amenities in Oxted. From Oxted station are fast train services to London Victoria (40 mins) and London Bridge (33 mins). There is an excellent range of local shops, restaurants and coffee houses.
