" *NO ONWARD CHAIN* The impressive entrance hall is spacious and light with the focal point being the staircase to the first floor. The house is fitted with engineered oak flooring and down lighters throughout giving a contemporary finish to this 1950's house.
The ground floor comprises two good sized double bedrooms with ensuites, a thoughtfully designed kitchen with both granite and solid oak work surfaces, ample amounts of wall and base units with soft closing solid wood doors and drawers, brand new five ring Cookmaster range, integrated dishwasher, space for a dining table and access through large double doors to the garden decking. The living room has a large limestone fireplace with a gas stove. There is a downstairs cloak room with low level W.C., and hand wash basin.
