" Built by Barratt Homes to their β€˜Marlowe’ design in the popular market town of Horley,this 5 bedroom family home is arranged over three floors with accommodation totalling 2023 sq ft. Originally the show home, the property has been completed to a high specification

The entrance porch leads into the spacious entrance hall with doors leading to the dining room, living room, cloak room and kitchen/family room. The spacious living room has windows to the front and French doors to the rear and these create a light and airy room. The cloak room is fitted with a modern white suite including W.C. and wash hand basin.
