" An exceptional maisonette has hit the market. You really do not want to miss out on this. For investment on a buy to let basis or for yourselves, the space on offer here is fantastic.Firstly your parking space is at the back of the maisonette and tucked away up a side street off Sangers Drive, almost next to the garage. The maisonette itself is on the first and second floor of the building, until 2006 there were 2 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and a bathroom. Now you will be blown away, at the top of the stairs you instantly get the feeling of space brought mainly by the masses of light beaming in. The lounge is at the front with a large bay window and a gas fire place, the extension has allowed a dining room area to be created which is such a bonus. A kitchen that was replaced about 2 years ago, is now a modern Shaker design with some built in appliances, again ideal for the first time buyer, saving on that extra cost. The former bedroom is currently in use as a games room but of course could have other uses, the bathroom is also very contemporary and on the first floor. Go upstairs to bed, the top floor has been designed for two bedrooms with one en-suite, this is a fantastic space and if needed could be turned into one fabulous room with windows on either side, just remove the studwork wall. As you can see, this is a real gem, so do not let is pass you by.

What the Owner says:

Initially, we bought the flat because of the room sizes. We really struggled to find something as big as our rented flat as it had massive rooms, but everything we looked at didn’t ever come close to this. We also fell in love with the idea it came with a garden, we moved in and soon became part of the ground force team, the garden has been designed to be simple but useable for Jake (our 2 year old).
Being so convenient for us to hit the motor way we have not wanted to move, we also know if we did move we wouldn’t get the same space from a house unless we spent £300,000 +, so this is when the loft conversion idea came about. It is fantastic, we love it, we will be so sad to go but a conventional house could suit us better with Jake growing up.
