Before we bought this apartment we were instantly attracted by the tranquil setting, we can hear the birds singing in the morning. Convenience of the property being easy for me to walk to work in Dorking town centre and convenient for local train stations, and the excellent space of the property providing outstanding value for money.
In recent years we have improved the property by adding our own personal touches, the only reason we are moving is we are now in the fortunate position of being able to move onto the next stage of our lives and will be moving to a house within the Dorking area.
We hope that the new buyers will be as happy as we have been over the last few years.
