" 13 Denfield is a 3 bedroom detached house in this well regarded residential no through road on the lower slopes of Tower Hill and is set in a plot of just over half an acre.The property would benefit from some updating and also offers the scope to extend, subject to the usual planning consents. On the ground floor the accommodation comprises entrance hall, cloakroom with white suite, sitting room with fireplace and door to garden, dining room and kitchen with a lean to off. There is also a door from the kitchen, through the lean to, giving access to the garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with the main bedroom having fitted wardrobes, window seat and an ensuite shower room. The second double bedroom also has a built in cupboard. Outside There is driveway parking for 2/3 cars and a single garage situated in a block just before the driveway. The front garden is laid mostly to lawn with box planting and flower and shrub beds. The rear garden is a major feature of the property offering the scope for extension in all directions (subject to planning). The plot extends to just over half an acre and has fantastic views towards Ranmore.
