" Positioned on the fringe of Dorking Town Centre and located in a popular residential road is this 1930's bay fronted semi-detached family home. The property accommodation consists of lounge, kitchen/breakfast room and a lean to/utility room with access onto the patio area and rear garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is off street parking to the front off the property and to the side, potential to extend (STPP). Meadow Bank recreational park is located just over 100 metres away to the East with Dorking West train station also within a quarter of a mile away. No onward chain.



THROUGH THE VENDORS EYES... "My husband and I moved to Dorking in January 2004. We chose Dorking because if the beautiful surroundings, providing endless trails for walking and mountain biking. In that time we have replaced the kitchen, bathroom, boiler system and added a large paving area for entertaining. We are lucky in that our house has much scope to extend if someone so wished. We have now started a family and are fortunate enough to have superb schools and nurseries within walking distance. Meadowbank is a very short stroll away which is a great space for walking, sitting at the pond and taking the kids to the play area. Dorking has great rail links to London, Guildford and Reading from all 3 railway stations all within walking distance. Parkway is also a very convenient location for walking to town. What we have loved most about living here in Parkway is the real sense of community in our street, our neighbours are truly wonderful, caring people. We will be sad to leave our home, but we now have opportunities elsewhere.
