" Little Timbers is a well presented Berkeley bungalow built just over 25 years ago, set on the western side of the village, but within easy walking distance of the centre.

There is a spacious light entrance hall with double glass doors leading on to the dining room which overlooks the rear garden. The dual aspect sitting room with bay window to the front and French doors to the rear leading to a patio and the serene garden. The kitchen was refitted by the current owner 8 years ago and has a range of white cupboards and Corian worktops, adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with space for washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedroom wing of the property accommodates the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite with bath and shower, the second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and bedroom three is a good size.
