" Gascoigne-Pees are delighted to offer this detached family home to the market for the first time in close to 40years. Having been extended in more recent years to accommodate an annexe style addition this property offers plenty of space and a flexible layout to accommodate the needs of its new owners.
Downstairs the house is divided into a reception or family room, an open plan kitchen diner, and then in the newer part of the house a large open plan living room with additional kitchen space which benefits from under floor heating. The back of the house is very open with large windows and patio doors allowing an influx of natural light which creates a sense of space, a feeling intensified by the open layout which allows easy movement between all the living rooms. The property also benefits from a separate utility room and also a sun room which provides an ideal location to overlook the mature and lovingly maintained rear garden.
Upstairs this property doesn't disappoint! The master bedroom is at the back of the property and has exceptionally large fitted wardrobes. There are three more double bedrooms and a further two singles one of which serves very well for the current owners as a study/ office area. The bedrooms are serviced by a large family bathroom and a modern shower room in the newer portion of the house.
To the front the property has off street parking for several cars and a covered area for storage. The house is positioned to the front of the plot though providing a large rear garden. Stepping out at the back of the house you will find a pretty patio area leading onto a large lawn with mature borders. With stunning views out across the hills the rear garden is truly spectacular. At the end of the garden is an allotment type area which is ideal for keen gardeners or could easily be replaced back into a lawned area or even a children's play area for those less green fingered. Within this area is a beautiful greenhouse and also a summerhouse that is insulated and powered. The current owners use this as a music room but the options are endless!
Overall this property is located in one of Reigate's most prestigious roads, offering easy access to the town centre and train station. The house itself is spacious and situated on a lovely plot. An internal viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the possibilities this house provides. Please contact Gascoigne-Pees today to arrange an appointment.
