Built by Millwood Designer Homes Limited in 2014, Shama is a five bedroom, four bathroom, four/five reception room detached family home, offering 3,636 sq. ft. of living accommodation, set within  Dormans Park, a private residential park, nestling on the West Sussex and Surrey borders.

Shama is approached via an electronic security gate over a paved driveway with lighting, set within a third of an acre plot.  

To the ground floor, spacious entrance hall with solid wood  flooring, double aspect drawing room with fireplace, formal dining room, bespoke fitted study, magnificent kitchen/breakfast/orangery with floor to ceiling windows and bi-folding doors giving access to rear terrace and garden.  The custom-made kitchen by 'Manor Cabinets', features granite work surfaces, Siemens and Liebherr integrated appliances.

For national travel by road, junction 6 of the M25 (Godstone) is about 10 miles away.  For the international
traveller, Gatwick airport is about 9 miles distant.

Directions - From Dormans Station continue along Dormans Station Road.  At the crossroads, turn right into Wilderwick Road, bare right into The Approach, this turns into Furzefield Chase, take the third turning on your right into West Hill.
