" For those looking for a home tucked away in a peaceful and tranquil location with plenty of living space then stop because we have that house!Set in a cul-de sac location on the outskirts of East Grinstead town centre is a family home that does not disappoint!The current owner has increased the space and versatility by adding a conservatory which has an uninterrupted view of the splendid rear garden. There is also a fantastic lounge and a dining room which links in neatly with the conservatory. A kitchen, which also enjoys an outlook over that garden, has a door into the garage. As well as being large enough to accommodate an estate car there is also a recess providing a workshop area.Upstairs is the master bedroom complete with en-suite, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom. All come with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has been re-fitted and relaxation is the key here.Outside there is off road parking, then the rear garden is a must see! Beautifully laid out and manicured plus south facing - it's a sight to behold!This is a great house and we urge you to view it!

I was looking for a safe and secure home. Luckily I struck gold here! I was amazed by how easy it was to maintain and how light and airy it felt throughout.
I've continued the theme of light by adding a conservatory which overlooks the garden.Since moving in, I've also upgraded the kitchen and refitted the bathroom. Last summer I had a new boiler fitted and the rest of the heating system upgraded. The bedrooms are ideal sizes and perfect for a young family to grow into.The garden is one of my favourite areas of the house. It was beautifully manicured before my time here but I have kept the condition to a very high standard.
