" Set on the fringes of East Grinstead town centre is this Victorian end of terrace home which is perfect whether you are a first time buyer, an investor or anyone else!On first view you will be taken with the charm and character and this is replicated by the feature open fireplaces in the lounge and dining room.There is also a large kitchen which enjoys a splendid view over the well maintained rear garden.Upstairs are two double bedrooms, the second of which leads to the bathroom.Outside is a garden, which is easily managed and would be a great venue for a late afternoon cocktail or evening barbecue.We feel that there is nothing that competes with this home either in terms of value within the market place or in terms of charm.A viewing at the open house is a must!

My search started and ended with this house! I was taken with the character and fell in love with it straight away.
Living here has been great as it's far enough from town and the station but it also makes them accessible. There are a couple of local shops just up the road, which means I never have far to go for milk, bread or anything else.
There is also a park and the schools are very close. The villages of Lingfield and Dormansland, along with countryside walks are all within a few miles and for any keep fit or golf enthusiasts, Chartham Park is within a mile.
I've really enjoyed living here but now is the time for me to move on.
