" This attractive three bedroom Edwardian home has been extended and updated to provide spacious and well presented accommodation with a delightful south-west facing rear garden. This superb home has been updated in a contemporary style but retains the character and charm of the period with features including replacement double glazed sash windows, coved ceilings, stripped pine internal doors and chimney breasts. The accommodation includes hallway, living room with square bay window, through dining room, kitchen and newly fitted bathroom. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and WC whilst a further loft area with dormer window provides a useful working space and offers the possibility of further extension or conversion (subject to the necessary consents). The property also benefits from gas central heating and double glazing throughout and a brick paved drive provides off road parking at the front.

Gower Road is a popular residential road of attractive period homes close to the town centre shops and within walking distance of the mainline railway station. Haywards Heath has a wide range of High Street shops, banks, restaurants and bars as well as other amenities including public library, town hall, leisure centre and Sainsburys supermarket. A number of good primary and secondary schools are found in the town and the mainline railway station provides fast and regular services to London Victoria and London Bridge together with Gatwick International Airport, Brighton and the south coast.
