" An attractive and well-presented 2/3 bedroom, 1/2 reception rooms, semi-detached bungalow of approximately 985 sq ft, built in the 1950's, situated in the popular and sought after Daux Avenue area of Billingshurst. The bungalow has been enlarged and extended over the years as well as being improved by the current owner resulting in what is now, a surprisingly spacious and well-presented property. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a spacious 14'4 x 11'6 sitting room with a feature fireplace on a raised granite hearth with inset gas fire, opening through to a 16'10 x 8'6 family/dining room which overlooks the rear garden with double doors opening onto a wide terrace. The adjoining kitchen has been fitted with an excellent range of high-gloss fronted units incorporating various integrated appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and oven.
