" EPC-D. 179 Berrall Way forms part of the highly sought after Penfold Grange development renowned for its pleasing mix of house styles and elevational treatments. The house was built by Taywood Homes approximately eleven years ago and forms part of the most popular Phase I of the development, situated in a small cul de sac close to open space and well away from the by-pass.
