" If you like a nice modern home but don't want to be in the middle of an estate then this is the house for you. The western edge of the award winning Penfold Grange development set in a little close, there are two similar sized bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, whilst downstairs there is a nice little hall so you don't have to walk straight into the lounge, which opens up into the kitchen/diner. There is scope to add space and value with a conservatory, because there is a decent sized garden with gate access at the bottom. Across the close there is a garage and parking space which you can see from the lounge if you want to keep an eye on it. The property is sold with no on going chain so people can move in quickly. The owners found it a very comfortable place to live because you can walk to the station and shops or school if required. If you take a walk on the edge of the estate you will get to the bridge which takes you to the other side of the by-pass and into the countryside.

What the Owner says:

When we bought this home we wanted a nice modern house that we could move straight into that didn't require much maintenance, because we have busy lifestyles. The rear garden is ideal because we can entertain with a barbeque and have a lot of friends round. Also it is good not to be in the middle of the estate, we only have one property at the bottom of our garden that sides on, so we don't consider it overlooked. Billingshurst is a great place to live because you have everything here including a leisure centre, railway station so when we need business trips to London, often we don't drive we let the train take the strain. It is also worth mentioning that the garage is opposite the home, there is storage space in the roof and plenty of parking for visitors.
