" Hillcrest is a substantial character family home situated on a third of an acre plot backing onto open farmland in this popular West Sussex village.

The property offers adaptable accommodation comprising four bedrooms, three reception rooms and a kitchen/breakfast room in the main house, and a self-contained two storey annexe with sitting room, kitchen, cloakroom, double bedroom and bathroom. The annexe could be well suited either for an elderly relative or incorporated into the main accommodation. There are two open fireplaces within the reception rooms and the kitchen is fitted with integrated fridge and freezer, space and plumbing for an automatic dishwasher and a good range of Acacia fronted units.

Outside, the third acre garden comprises formal lawned areas interspersed by mature flower and shrub borders, a paved patio with adjoining ornamental fishpond and rockery and an orchard area at the top of the garden, backing onto open farmland. In addition there is a single detached garage, several timber gardens stores/chalet and an aluminium greenhouse. SITUATION
Loxwood is a particularly sought-after village lying close to the Surrey/Sussex border, with local butcher and delicatessen, hairdresser and village store with post office.
