The property is situated on the south western outskirts of Partridge Green in a semi-rural location yet within reach of local amenities and country walks. Partridge Green village has a primary school, Doctors Surgery and local shopping facilities. Mainline railway stations are available at Hassocks, Horsham or Haywards Heath.
