" A deceptively spacious and very impressive five double bedroom three storey detached character 1930's house, situated in a highly desirable Horsham location.
The property itself is within close proximity to Horsham mainline railway station and falls within the catchment area of the ever popular Heron Way Primary School, the two secondary schools are Forest and Millais.
Over the last twelve years the property has been substantially extended and impressively improved to provide the most wonderful accommodation for a large family. As part of the extension there is a designated section of the ground floor to suit annex accommodation. Throughout there are some fantastic character and modern features, some of which include feature fireplace, integrated sound system on the ground floor are just to name a few. In addition to the five double bedrooms there are three bathrooms and five fantastic reception rooms which provide a real sense of space. The layout of the accommodation works really well and is truly a fantastic home.

Horsham town centre is within approximately 1.25 miles. Access to the A24 is approximately 1.5 miles and M23 is around 4 miles. A23 is approximately 7 miles and is a pleasant drive through the stunning countryside along Hammerpond Road, where you will pass Horsham Rugby Club and the popular Mannings Heath Golf Course. Trains from Horsham travel direct to London Victoria/London Bridge and Gatwick International Airport is approximately a 25 minute drive.
