" LOCATION This semi detached house is located within a small cul-de-sac to the north east of Horsham. The house is in a convenient position for access to a number of popular schools that include Millais girls and Forest boys as well as Leechpool Primary School. The house is also well located for access to road and rail networks as it is set a short distance from both Horsham and Littlehaven mainline stations; in addition, junction 11 on the M23 is around 15 minutes drive away with the A264, A24 and A281 all easily accessible.
