" This three bedroom semi detached house was constructed by Federated Homes in 1968. It is located in a very quiet residential cul de sac located just off Greenfields Road, close to local shops and convenience store. The schools here are also very close by, making it attractive for young families. This is a popular and well respected area of Horsham. The current owners have lived here for well over 20 years, during which time they have carried out so many improvements . They have refitted the kitchen, only completed just before Christmas 2010, so very recent. The white bathroom suite was replaced around 2 years ago, so again it is very modern. The central heating system was replaced around 10 years ago with a British Gas annual service contract in place. Not long after the existing owners moved in, they also had the half tiled elevations added, replaced all of the soffits and gutters to uPVC, providing low maintenance. All the windows are sealed unit double glazed with a very smart conservatory by Everest added some 9 years ago. The house is a good sized family home, well presented, in a nice area with very good amenities. The garden faces south and is 43' in length.

What the Owner says:

We moved here 23 years ago and have brought up our three children here. This is a very quiet area, with nice neighbours, with the local shop only just down the road for day to day supplies. The schools are very good here too. We have done a lot to the house as when we bought it, it needed updating and modernising. The garden is very lovely in the summer, especially since it is south facing, so it is a quiet sun trap and not overlooked. We have looked after it and enjoyed it as a home and a great place to live.
