" A modern two bedroom second floor converted apartment at St Johns House, located in what has been dubbed the new 'West End' of Horsham town centre. The apartment is bright and spacious with a stunning contemporary finish, briefly comprising open plan lounge/modern kitchen with integrated Neff appliances. There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, further double bedroom and an additional separate bathroom with a white suite, part tiled walls and heated towel rail. The central heating is gas fired, there are double glazed windows throughout and a useful store cupboard. The apartment is accessed via a lovely communal entrance with stairs and lift to all floors and is offered to the market with no onward chain.

LOCATION Horsham is an attractive and successful market town, surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the High Weald and the South Downs and within striking distance of the south coast. At its centre lies the Market Square, which has retained its historic atmosphere and the bandstand in the Carfax also hosts popular Saturday afternoon concerts during the summer months. The covered Swan Walk shopping centre and Carfax shopping area close by, are home to a wide range of high street shops, more speciality shops can also be found in Piries Place.

This scenic location does not prevent Horsham from being a modern and self-reliant town, with plenty to enjoy in the way of the arts, sport and recreation. Several golf courses including the Mannings Heath Golf Club can be found in the vicinity. Horsham is just 22 miles from Brighton accessed by two major arterial routes via A23/M23 and A24. The M25 can be accessed in under half an hour, then on to London. By rail, London Victoria Station can be reached in a journey time of 51 minutes. Gatwick Airport is just 20 minutes away by train, making Horsham an excellent location wherever your destination.
