DescriptionThis delightful chalet style bungalow is situated on a desirable corner plot location, within the village of Copthorne. The house has been in the same ownership since new (approx 40yrs) and the owner has made many improvements to the property including a considerable extension to provide a much increased ground floor with two additional bedrooms on the new first floor. The addition of these rooms, together with the opening up of the downstairs space has made this highly suitable for family use and features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, ideal for social occasions. Two of the bedrooms are accessible from the ground floor, one from an inner hallway with adjacent bathroom and the other (master bedroom) with en-suite shower room. There is a utility room to the side of the kitchen from which doors open to the garage and garden and a mahogany staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms and WC.

.Outside, the garden measures approx 45? x 45? and has a sunny aspect with contoured patio adjoining the house, leading to an expanse of lawn with planted beds and borders. There is a custom built cedar wood summer house and cedar wood shed plus a greenhouse to remain. The garden is walled to one side and is planted with espalier trained trees. There is an excellent degree of privacy as many of the surrounding properties are single storey bungalows. We highly recommend viewing this house internally and would let buyers know that the property is being sold with no onward chain.

The location is convenient of access to Gatwick airport, just under 3 miles, and the nearby towns of Crawley and East Grinstead.
