House Network Ltd are pleased to offer to the market this spacious and versatile five bedroom detached executive family home with barn in the sought after and tucked away location of Huntercombe End, Nuffield, Oxfordshire.

Combe House has been in the ownership of the same family for over 30 years. Originally built in 1965 and extended in the 1980s with the barn completed in 2007, It has served as an excellent home. Three reception rooms on the ground floor include a drawing room with a wood burning stove and brick and oak surround. The dining room has fine panelling and a handsome red brick fireplace. The kitchen/breakfast room, has a wonderful aspect over the farmland. Schools include Rupert House Prep School in Henley, Moulsford Prep and Cranford House Prep in Moulsford, Queen Annes in Caversham, The Oratory Prep and Public School at Woodcote, as well as an extensive range of schooling in Reading, Abingdon and Oxford, all within reach via bus routes, some alighting at Nettlebed.
