" A beautifully presented family home, situated on the desirable Wyfold Estate, offering many features, with high ceilings and excellent living space, with delightful landscaped gardens backing onto woodland.

The property is located within the desirable Wyfold Estate, only 80 homes set in 180 acres of communal grounds, with the Wyfold mansion at the centre, private tennis courts for residents use, orchard, woodland and extensive parkland. The property has been maintained to an exceptional standard and is much improved, with a recently refitted British made kitchen approx. 3 years ago and the very recent inclusion of BT fibre, with cat5 cabling installed in various rooms.
