" A spacious smart, bright modern first floor apartment, within this converted period building, previously the town`s police station. Located right in the heart of the town centre, but tucked away within a small secure courtyard.

Location
Located right in the heart of Henley on Thames town centre, with the station and river Thames an easy stroll away. The town offers comprehensive shopping facilities with Waitrose supermarket, numerous boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and a weekly market. Henley railway station offers an excellent service into London Paddington (approx. 50 mins). The river Thames of course offers many attractions, including the international annual Royal Regatta, there are excellent state and private schools all within walking distance.

The Property
The Victorian buildings, (formerly Henley Police Station) were converted in 2011, into five unique individual properties. No 5 is set over two floors and approached via a shared courtyard, with the majority of the living space on the first floor, high ceilings and windows to three aspects, with gas underfloor heating.

Accommodation
Entrance gate with entry phone to shared courtyard. Entrance door to Reception Hall with brick curved ceiling, believed to be one of the old cells to the Police station, electric heater, ceramic tiled floor, spacious under stairs storage cupboard, oak balustrade to first floor.

The Reception room is a wonderful bright room, with windows to three aspects and a partly vaulted ceiling. Immediately at the top of the stairs is a good study area and at the other end of the reception room is a fully fitted kitchen, with wrap around black granite worktops, forming a breakfast bar and extensive cupboards. Fitted appliances include, built under oven, Neff ceramic hob, splash back and chimney style extractor hood. Built in microwave, integrated slim style dish washer, washer/dryer and integrated fridge/freezer, there is also a tall pull out larder.
The Hall leads to the two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. There is an airing cupboard with Baxi gas combination boiler. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom, which is fully tiled over the bath, with independent shower over the bath with screen, ceramic tiled floor, vanity wash basin and heated towel rail, large wall mirror. The second bedroom also has a built in dressing table and addition wardrobe. The shower room has a large fully tiled shower cubicle, with rain head, vanity wash basin, WC mirror, heated towel rail and ceramic tiled floor.
