" Situated in a peaceful, leafy setting is this extended, 1930n++s built semi-detached house retaining much of its period character appeal, presented in excellent decorative order throughout and having undergone much recent improvement including contemporary kitchen with integrated appliances, re-fitted bathroom and additional wet room. The rear garden is established and enjoys a high degree of privacy. The front garden affords parking for several vehicles. Both Caversham and Reading centres are within walking distance as is Reading mainline railway station.

GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION:
An original stained glass front door gives access to a bright entrance hall with side aspect window, original four panelled doors off to reception rooms and staircase rising to first floor.
