" Substantial and individual five bedroom detached house of around 3400 square foot and centrally located on a plot of about 1/3 acre within Worting Village conservation area on the edge of Basingstoke.
Built to the owners design and featuring a superb 27' x 19' lifestyle kitchen/living room fitted by Optiplan, a 23' x 15' sitting room with large central fireplace, dining and family rooms. On the first floor are five double bedrooms (two of which are ensuite), a galleried landing and a main bathroom with spa type bath. There is underfloor heating and a pressurised hot water system.
Outside, the house is surrounded by gardens which are principally lawned and bordered by mature hedges and trees. A generous double width detached garage is approached via a block paved driveway.
Situated on the Western outskirts of the town opposite Worting house, in the immediate locality is The Manydown award winning farmshop and Worting church, a little further is a local store and a couple of pubs whilst the extensive shopping and recreational facilities of Basingstoke are about 3 miles (though within 2 miles there are supermarkets, a sports centre, multiplex cinema and ice rink).
