The development is a small estate of executive style houses, which has a pleasant outlook to the front over grass verge, established shrub and tree beds, railway (which ion our opinion is far enough away not to be intrusive) and then over the open Portsmouth water grounds. The current owners have maintained this property in good order and over the recent years have refitted the kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom and en-suite shower room, so this really is ready to move in. The ground floor offers a separate lounge and dining room, a good size kitchen breakfast room and cloakroom. Upstairs the main bedroom is well proportioned with good built in cupboards and en suite shower.
