" Situated in the highly sought after Castle Way in Warblington, this three bedroom detached family home is positioned in an excellent cul-de-sac location. Despite the extremely quiet surroundings the A27 is within quarter of a mile which provides excellent access towards Chichester, Portsmouth and Havant town centre with its many amenities and shopping precinct is also than a mile away. There are also some lovely walks down to Langstone Harbour and its foreshores which you can follow towards Hayling Island or Emsworth.
The house itself is just as impressive as the location and provides a great deal of space throughout. There is a 20ft living room with open fire place that will really add some warmth to this large space in the colder months and a separate dining area which is the perfect place for entertaining friends or enjoying those family meals. The kitchen is again a good size and has modern fitted units and there is a utility room as well so you can keep some of the appliances out of the way.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms with the master bedroom measuring 20ft and there is a family bathroom in addition to the downstairs WC.

Castle Way has been in our family since 1968. Our parents bought it because they needed the good commuting access and it was such a convenient location. They loved the road itself and they had a boat as well so it was handy being so close to the sea. I think one of the best things about the house is the wrap around garden. You can follow the sun the whole way around the house so it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys the sun or likes gardening. There is also plenty of space for a conservatory should someone want to add to the downstairs space even further.
