DIRECTIONS: From the Civic Centre roundabout turn right along Elmleigh Road.  At the end turn left into Eastern Road, and at the junction turn left into New Lane.

A wonderful opportunity to purchase a two bedroom detached property which has a large 100ft west facing rear garden and is sat back from the road with good parking facilities to the front. The property itself has excellent scope for extension to the rear and to the roof as other have done in the road, subject to planning. The train station provides a direct line to London Waterloo taking approximately  an hour and quarter (fast train) and there is a bus station offering routes to numerous areas. There is a good local recreation park at Bidbury Mead, which is home to a bowling green, cricket ground and tennis courts and Havant Park offers a playground area and tennis courts. Walking is well provided for with access to Broadmarsh coastal walk via Old Bedhampton and in The Billy Line leads to Langstone with it foreshore walks.
