" Looking for a good size family home in a lovely village setting? Then look no further. This house is in need of some cosmetic updating but provides huge potential for you to create your own mark. The integral garage could easily be converted into another reception room subject to the usual consents.This house is a lovely for a growing family, there is a big lounge/diner which is very bright due to its dual aspect which then leads out onto the lean to/conservatory, but could provide the footings for a new conservatory or further extension. The kitchen provides plenty of space for cooking and the usual appliances.Upstairs there are three double bedrooms which should keep those room size squabbles to a minimum. The bathroom provides plenty of space for a three piece bathroom suite and there is also a separate toilet.Outside there is driveway parking which leads to the integral garage. The rear garden is enclosed with side access.Redwing Road is just a short walking distance from the village shops and just round the corner from the village primary school. The area is renowned for its good schooling and excellent transport links.

We bought this house many years ago as we thought it offered very good value for money. The size of the house was great in comparison to others that were in its price range. We knew it would be a lovely home and area to bring up our young family.Having the shops just round the corner has been very handy, and there is a good bus route into Petersfield and Waterlooville. I hope the next family will enjoy the house as much as my family have.
