What the Owner says:

We bought our apartment as a first time buy as a step onto the property ladder and it has given us many wonderful years. It’s close to the town and being beach lovers, we have been thoroughly spoilt as the coast is minutes down the road. There were never any arguments about whose turn it was to drive either, as we were able to walk to the restaurants and pubs and home again in minutes. We have recently moved to Australia to work and we hope the new owners enjoy many happy times at our flat.
