Moneyfield Lane as a location, is well positioned for all your needs, if it's school catchment you want - all the local schools are within walking distance and come with extremely good reputations. Commuter links in and out of town are great and if you like to have a stroll out for a pint or a glass of something after work, there are a few local public houses near by. The property is on the bus route for all routes in and out of the city - however, if you fancy a walk to the main town/seafront , or for football fans, your treasured Fratton Park, twenty five to thirty minutes would be achievable.

We have enjoyed every minute of every day living in our home. Over recent years, we have hugely developed and upgraded the home, both internally and externally. We have really loved living in the road; it is so quiet, with it being a dead end as such, it almost feels like a private road. Our neighbours are very friendly and we are always there to help and accommodate each other. Both of us work out of the city and have found it very convenient being close to the motorway links. It has also been great having all local amenities close by for a bottle of milk, loaf of bread, or even a sneaky Chinese or Indian take away on a Friday night after a long working week.
