" A charming two/three bedroom detached chalet style residence situated in a gently elevated position in a much favoured location south of the A259 in Felpham. The property is situated just a few hundred metres from the beach at about a quarter of a mile level walk from Felpham village where there is a variety of local shops. Additional facilities in Felpham include Felpham Sailing Club and Bognor Regis Golf Club. A mainline railway station is in Bognor Regis, about two miles.
