The property benefits from a spacious entrance hall and a good size main reception room and kitchen. Ancton Close is a private road in Middleton on Sea. The village offers a range of local facilities including a primary school, two doctors' surgeries, pharmacy, post office, newsagent, convenience store, hardware store and florist.
