A well presented terraced family home located in the popular North Bersted area of Bognor Regis. Accommodation consists of three good sized bedrooms, through lounge/diner, fitted kitchen, ground floor utility room/shower room and first floor bathroom suite. The property also has gas central heating and is double glazed. Outside there is a sunny enclosed rear garden and off road parking to the front. Internal viewing is highly recommended. EPC awaited.

Location

The property is located in the popular residential area of North Bersted. It is well situated, with various schools and day nursery's within walking distance. There is also a small shopping parade with various supermarkets, chemist and takeaways close by. The Arena Sports and Leisure centre is also close by. There are regular bus services close by giving access to the rest of East and West sussex. The Bognor town centre offers more comprehensive shopping facilities as well as a mainline train station.

This is a good sized property it is well situated for the schools in the area. The property is in our opinion in good order and has been well cared for by the existing vendor. We really do feel this is a property that could be enjoyed for many years to come.

From the train station proceed along Longford Road. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A259 Chichester Road. Continue on this for approx 1/2 mile and turn left into Central Avenue, which is just before the shopping parade. Continue over the next roundabout into Central Drive where the property can be found on the left hand side.
