" This 1930's semi-detached house has been significantly updated, modernised and extended over recent years and now offers extremely well proportioned family accommodation. EPC-D

The entrance hall has oak flooring, which continues into the kitchen and dining room and there is also a ground floor WC. The sitting room has an open fireplace, a feature bay window and double French doors opening into the dining area. There are patio doors onto the UPVC double glazed conservatory, which is overlooking the rear garden. The triple aspect kitchen is fitted with modern wood effect units with a stainless steel oven, hob and 'SMEG' extractor fan. There is space for an American style fridge/freezer and a side door leading to the utility area, which has an internal door into the garage and access to the rear garden.
