" Pagham, the home of the nature reserve and a lot more besides including a good parade of shops, village pub/restaurants and access to the beach.The owners of this property have put a lot of time, money and effort into getting it the way you see it now as it was never their intention to move in. However things change.An enormous amount of work has been done to the property. Nearly everything you see has been updated by the current owners. One of the main features of the property is the delightful mature rear garden with a secret hidden garden to get lost in at the far end.
Downstairs there is good living space with two reception rooms and a lovel conservatory overlooking the rear garden. There are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a further bathroom. What attracted us to the property was the overall size of the property and the proximity to the local facilities.We have updated our home over the years by installing a new central heating system, adding an extension to the property to provide an en-suite to one of the bedrooms and decorating throughout as well as fitting a bespoke new kitchen.We have taken great pride in our garden and enjoy spending time socialising with family and friends or just pottering around. We believe our house would suit a growing family or a professional couple who would have the option to work from home.
