" Located on the West side of Selsey is this timber framed detached chalet house in need of modernisation with a detached garage and hardstanding for one car, EPC-E.

From the enclosed front garden you enter the property via the hardwood front door into the porch which in turn leads to the living room which has a brick open fire place & stripped wooden floor. From here doors lead to the second reception room and internal hallway with doors to the ground floor double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
