" An attractive, brick and flint-fronted detached bungalow in a quiet, secluded location, offered for sale with no forward chain.

The accommodation measures 1,350 sq ft (including the attached garage) and briefly comprises: wide entrance porch with cupboard and glazed double doors leading into the entrance hall, which has an airing cupboard and storage cupboard. The kitchen/breakfast room overlooks the front driveway and could be combined with the integral garage to create a spacious kitchen-diner if desired (subject to the usual permissions). The present dining room is accessed from the hallway but also has double doors into the sitting room and these could, potentially, be removed to create a third bedroom if desired.
