" Having been in the same family and offered for sale for the 1st time in 70 years is the deceptive end terraced house with three double bedrooms, EPC-D.

Located to the north of Selsey and overlooking an open greensward to the front a sliding double glazed door opens to the entrance porch where a further double glazed door provides access into the living room.
