" An ideal main residence or pied a terre, this impressive town house is conveniently situated in a much sought-after development. Woodlands Lane is about half a mile from the city centre shopping precinct and a similar distance from the renowned Festival Theatre.
This delightful house offers bright and airy accommodation arranged over three floors. On the ground floor, the sitting room has a large bay window and a half-glazed door opening onto the beautifully landscaped west facing rear garden. The dining room is open plan to the sitting room and can also be accessed via the entrance hall, where there is a ground floor cloakroom.
On the first floor you have a kitchen breakfast/room and two bedrooms, plus a shower room. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a dressing area with a Velux window and a full ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.
