" A rare and wonderful opportunity to acquire a remarkable home in the desirable hamlet of Prinsted. Set in a superb plot of around 1.5 acres, Swallows occupies an enviable position overlooking the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the south whilst enjoying views over farmland and the South Downs to the north. Built in 1981 the property has been extended by the current owners to provide versatile and spacious accommodation in the form of five double bedrooms, three bathrooms, three principal reception rooms and two studies. The long tree-line driveway sweeps down the side of the property to the main entrance where one is greeted by a stunning hallway with a vaulted ceiling and open staircase. Situation
Prinsted is a desirable and charming hamlet situated on Chichester Harbour.
