" A delightful and spacious two storey maisonette situated in a convenient spot walking distance to the railway station, Emsworth village centre and the waterfront. The apartment was converted four years ago with a 125 year lease and offers good potential as a buy to let or first time buy. The property has two outstanding features. One is the enclosed and walled garden area to the rear and the other is the second floor bedroom which is very versatile and could be used as an office or study. The apartment is entered via secure communal entrance shared with the ground floor apartment and has its own door access from there to the staircase leading to the first floor accommodation. The sitting room is spacious with lots of light from the double glazed windows and the kitchen is a good size with westerly views.
